Your sketches are very clever. Good idea in incorporating the different objects that are related to the topic. I like your first thumbnail how you made use of the belly into a bar graph. i think that one would get the message across about pregnancy, but it needs something in the image that makes it teen related aside from the title.
Like Dora said the first thumbnail is really neat and something i haven't seen which would be good to choose as your design. the 2nd is also good because it shows pregnancy related images.
